H2O & Power Solutions Agricultural

Water and off-grid power for the land that's running out of both.

Texas ranches, Plains farms, and irrigation operations bring us in when wells thin out, hauling costs become unworkable, or the property sits beyond reliable grid power. We design systems that match real demand cycles — not the spec sheet on a brochure.

Typical demand 10,000–500,000 gal/day
System size Field array + storage
Install timeline As soon as 16 weeks
Payback Payback options 4–7 yrs
* All figures are representative Actual timing and economics vary with site, equipment availability, and permitting.
Demand-sized
Daily output engineered to herd & operation demand — combined catchment, AWG & storage
Off-grid
Engineered ag deployment power profile
Lower $/gal
Significant modeled cost advantage vs. trucked water — site-specific comparison provided during assessment

USDA REAP eligibility varies by project type & size — confirm current program status

For operators who watch the rain gauge — and don't trust it.

Three agricultural profiles where decoupling from municipal and well dependence is increasingly the price of staying in business.

Row Crop & Irrigation

High-volume systems with field-scale storage and pivot-irrigation tie-ins. Designed around growing-season demand peaks and dry-month catchment math.

Livestock & Ranching

Continuous-demand systems with tank distribution to pasture troughs. Sized to herd headcount, climate, and projected drought scenarios — not best-case rainfall.

Greenhouse & Controlled-Env

Precision systems for greenhouses and indoor ag where water quality variability stunts yield. Mineral-controlled output, monitored to four decimal places of PPM.

Modeled Profile A-A

11,000-acre cattle ranch — fully off-grid water and power capability.

This is the capability stack we can scope for a multigenerational ranch facing aquifer drawdown: hybrid catchment + AWG for water, three field storage tanks for buffering, and a solar + small-wind powered pump and AWG network designed to run the operation off-grid. This profile represents a modeled capability stack, not a completed installation — H2O & Power Solutions is actively onboarding its first agricultural partners.

Stop hauling water. Stop running the genset 24/7. Start owning both.

Start with a no-charge preliminary assessment of your operation against hauled-water and fuel costs — we return options and price points factoring in all anticipated needs. If options look right, our team walks the land to measure solar exposure, wind resource, and catchment area. All systems are designed in compliance with applicable TCEQ regulations and local groundwater-district requirements.

Common Questions

Agricultural Systems FAQ

Common questions about agricultural water and power systems

What types of agricultural operations do you serve?

We serve row crop and irrigation operations, livestock and ranching, and greenhouse/controlled-environment agriculture. Any operation facing declining wells, rising hauling costs, or remote locations beyond reliable grid power is a fit for our integrated water and power systems.

Can your systems work completely off-grid?

Yes. Most of our agricultural deployments are designed for off-grid operation. We combine solar PV, small wind turbines (where wind resource supports it), and LFP battery storage with propane backup generators. The system is sized to run independently of grid power.

How does atmospheric water generation work on a ranch?

AWG units extract moisture from ambient air. We deploy field-deployable arrays powered by solar, modular so they can be redeployed across the operation as demand shifts seasonally. AWG supplements rainwater catchment during dry months when rainfall alone cannot meet demand.

Is USDA REAP funding available?

USDA REAP (Rural Energy for America Program) eligibility varies by project type and size. We help identify applicable programs during the assessment, but you should confirm current program status and eligibility with USDA directly.

What is the payback period for an agricultural system?

Agricultural systems typically show payback options in 4–7 years, depending on current hauling costs, fuel costs for generators, and system size. We model specific payback scenarios against your actual operating costs during the no-charge preliminary assessment.
What Our Clients Say

What Our Partners Say

Trusted by commercial, agricultural, and residential property operators

H2O & Power Solutions delivered a comprehensive water and power assessment for our campus that no other vendor had even attempted. They looked at water and power as a single integrated system — and the economics made sense immediately. The preliminary assessment alone saved us months of piecemeal vendor conversations.

We were hauling water to our ranch three times a week at $400 a load. H2O & Power Solutions modeled a catchment + AWG system powered by solar that penciled out to less than half our annual hauling cost. The off-grid power system means we stopped running the diesel genset 24/7 too.

Are you a licensed Texas civil or water-resources firm with flood-infrastructure experience?

We're actively building our engineer-of-record network. If your firm holds FEMA CLOMR/LOMR, HCFCD, TWDB Flood Infrastructure Fund, or Army Corps Section 404 experience, we want to talk.
