H2O & Power Solutions Commercial

Water and power security for buildings that can't afford to go dark.

Office campuses, industrial facilities, AI data centers, and municipalities partner with us when their operations cannot tolerate utility interruption — water main, power grid, or both. We design integrated water + power systems, and through our engineering partner network extend into flood resilience, sustainable construction, and green infrastructure.

Commercial · 01

Built for operations that treat water and power as critical infrastructure.

Four commercial profiles where on-site water + power generation pays for itself fastest.

Small Business

Independently-owned shops, restaurants, breweries, car washes, clinics, and storefronts where a single utility outage can shut down revenue. Right-sized systems with financing options available.

Office & Mixed-Use

Class A campuses, mixed-use developments, and hospitality where LEED and ESG targets call for verifiable water and power sourcing — and tenants notice when service gets unreliable.

Industrial & Manufacturing

Process water, cooling, washdown, and critical electrical loads for plants where utility interruption can cost more in a single shift than a year of on-site generation.

Municipal & Public

Schools, civic buildings, data centers, and small-city infrastructure projects where resilience funding can often be applied to capital water + power assets.

147,000 sq ft mixed-use campus — fully independent water and power capability, deployable as soon as 16 weeks*.

This is the capability stack we can scope today for a multi-tenant office campus: a rooftop AWG array plus 80,000-gallon stored catchment for water, paired with a solar + battery system sized for the load. Commissioning is staged so tenants don't lose service.

If your operations stop when the water or power stops, let's talk.

We are actively onboarding commercial partners — if your project timeline allows for a collaborative build, we want to talk. Start with a no-charge preliminary assessment based on the property details you share — we return options and price points factoring in all anticipated water and power needs. If the numbers fit, our commercial team walks the site (NDA in place) for an engineered recommendation.

Common Questions

Commercial Systems FAQ

Common questions about commercial water and power systems

What types of commercial properties do you serve?

We serve small businesses, office campuses, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, municipalities, schools, data centers, and mixed-use developments. Any commercial property that treats water and power as critical infrastructure is a fit for our integrated systems.

How long does a commercial installation take?

Typical commercial systems can be delivered as soon as 12 weeks, depending on equipment availability and permitting. We stage commissioning so tenants and operations don't lose service during installation.

What is the typical payback period?

Commercial systems typically show payback options in 5–8 years, depending on utility rates, system size, and VPP enrollment. We model specific payback scenarios during the no-charge preliminary assessment using your actual utility bills and demand profile.

Can you handle data center water and power needs?

Yes — data center solutions are an emerging service line. We address water consumption reduction via AWG, closed-loop wastewater treatment, on-site solar + battery power, HVAC coordination, and noise/acoustic mitigation including acoustic enclosures and nature-based noise barriers.

Do you work with EcoForward Build Group?

Yes. EcoForward Build Group is our partner company for sustainable construction. They deliver the structure using ICF, hempcrete, CLT, and other low-carbon methods. We deliver water generation, filtration, solar, and storage integrated into the structure. A licensed engineering firm serves as engineer of record. Together this adds up to a self-sustaining building.
What Our Clients Say

What Our Partners Say

Trusted by commercial, agricultural, and residential property operators

H2O & Power Solutions delivered a comprehensive water and power assessment for our campus that no other vendor had even attempted. They looked at water and power as a single integrated system — and the economics made sense immediately. The preliminary assessment alone saved us months of piecemeal vendor conversations.

We were hauling water to our ranch three times a week at $400 a load. H2O & Power Solutions modeled a catchment + AWG system powered by solar that penciled out to less than half our annual hauling cost. The off-grid power system means we stopped running the diesel genset 24/7 too.

Are you a licensed Texas civil or water-resources firm with flood-infrastructure experience?

We're actively building our engineer-of-record network. If your firm holds FEMA CLOMR/LOMR, HCFCD, TWDB Flood Infrastructure Fund, or Army Corps Section 404 experience, we want to talk.
